There are plenty of ways to keep your home and office smelling fresh, but few are as convenient as wax melts & reed diffusers.
Wax Melts and Tarts
Classic wax melts from Created 4 Purpose are made with a soy wax blend that further refines our wax product into a creamy, smooth product with rich, vibrant color. The fragrance is released cleanly and safely when warmed instead of a candle burner, a wax warmer or a wax plug in. Our wax has a high fragrance load, so our wax melts can easily create an atmosphere like a normal lit candle would.
What equipment can I use to burn my wax melts and tarts.
While using a wax warmer or plug is the most conventional way to use wax melts, tarts, and cubes at the offices, but it isn’t the only way. Not having a wax warmer doesn’t mean you can’t use or enjoy wax melts. While it’s not as convenient as using a wax warmer, there are other options you can utilize to use your wax melts in home. One way you can use your wax melts is by placing a tealight in the bottom of a mason jar and light it. Next, grab a small dish or bowl and cover it with tinfoil. Place the prepared bowl on top of the opening for the mason jar. Next, put one or two wax melts in the dish and let the tealight warm and melt them. * Caution- keep out the reach of children & pets.
Another way to use your wax melts without the warmer is to use boiling water. With this method, you’re going to bowl water in a medium sized pot on your stove. While you’re waiting for the water to boil, wrap tin foil around the inside of a smaller pot. This will ensure that you’ll have an easy time cleaning up after you’ve finished.
Reed Diffusers
They provide a subtle but continuous scent to a room without the use of flame or heat, making them great for people with small children or mischievous pets. Easily customizable to fit in with any décor, reed diffusers are an elegant, low maintenance home fragrance option. We have different vessels and fragrance to fit your needs and change your atmosphere. The more reeds you add to the mixture, the stronger the scent. If the reed diffuser will be fragrance a very large room, or you enjoy a strong scent, begin with 1-2 more reeds than usual.
*Keep in mind that a diffuser with lots of reeds will not last as long as a diffuser with fewer reeds.
~Consider the size of your space and location of diffuser.
Just how far a reed diffuser's or wax melt scent travels depends on a number of factors, including the holder size, the thickness of the reeds, the number of reeds, and, of course, the quality of the diffuser oil. Reed diffusers with a capacity of under 5 ounces tend to work best in smaller spaces like bathrooms or laundry rooms. For larger areas like living rooms and master bedrooms, consider a bigger diffuser or two smaller models. Adding more reeds to the holder or using thicker reeds will also help increase fragrance intensity.
TIPS
Place diffusers near entrances. Positioning reed diffusers near doorways will ensure that you and your guests are greeted by a lovely fragrance upon entering your home or walking into a room.
Flip the reeds over every now and then. For a burst of freshness, turn the reeds over and leave the soaked ends facing up. In addition to boosting fragrance intensity, flipping the reeds once or twice a week also helps to keep them from becoming coated with dust.
Place a coaster or saucer under your diffuser. Essential oils can cause permanent stains. Placing your reed diffuser on a coaster or something similar will help protect surfaces from drips and spills.
Keep your reed diffuser away from direct sunlight and heat. Sunlight and heat can cause essential oils to lose potency and also accelerate evaporation. For long-lasting fragrance, place your reed diffuser in a cool, shaded area of your home.
"Placing your reed diffuser in an area with good airflow can improve fragrance throw, but bear in mind that increased air circulation will also speed up evaporation, leading to a shorter shelf life. "

Keep out of reach of pets and small children
Do not ingest the liquid
Avoid placing in areas where the bottle can be knocked over
